Late/No Show Policy

Cancellations (or Reschedules): A 24 hour cancellation/reschedule notice is required. Same day cancellations, same day rescheduling, and cancelling or rescheduling less than 24 hours in advance is considered a “No Show” (see below).

No Shows: The first time, as a courtesy, no charge will be applied to your account. Second occurrence, there will be a $35.00 non-refundable service fee applied to your account. Third occurrence, there will be a $51.00 non-refundable service fee applied to your account and possible dismissal from the practice. The non-refundable service fees will not be applied to any invoices. Repeated “no shows” will be asked to prepay for their future appointments.

Late Arrivals: If you are 10 minutes or more late to your pet’s appointment a late fee of $25 will be assessed to your account. Beyond 15 minutes late is considered a “no show” (see above) and you will be asked to reschedule your appointment. Repeated late arrivals will be asked to prepay for their future appointments.
