Due to Collin County recently issuing a Shelter in Place order, coupled with the growing number of confirmed COVID-19 cases in our state, effective Wednesday, March 25th, Tri-County Veterinary Services will be restricting appointments to emergency appointments, sick appointments, time sensitive appointments, prescriptions and products only. For all appointments, services, prescriptions, and products after Tuesday, March 24th, TCVS has moved to a curbside service only with new hours (see below). This means the doors will remain locked and clients will remain in their vehicles. Upon arrival, clients are to text or call for check-in. Prescriptions and products will be pre-paid and brought to your vehicle upon your arrival. If you have an appointment, a staff member will come to your vehicle and bring your pet into the clinic for their exam. All communication and payments will be through the phone. You may also have your prescription or product mailed to your home for an additional fee (postage). We do ask, if you are sick or have been in close contact with someone who is sick, please do not come to the clinic or use the curbside service. One infected TCVS staff member will quarantine the whole crew and the hospital will be forced to close.
We will be contacting all currently scheduled appointments that are not time sensitive or emergent after Tuesday, March 24th. Those appointments will be postponed and rescheduled once the lockdown is lifted and we are able to resume full operation. We have been experiencing high call volumes, please leave a message if you get the voice mail and your call will be returned.

Monday – Friday 9:00 am – 2:00 pm (no lunch break)
Saturday of every month open 8:30 am – 1:30 pm, Closed Sunday
